Shipping Policy

Standard shipping via Royal Mail takes 2-4 working days. (Monday to Friday) 

Please note we ship Monday - Friday.

We do not ship out on Saturday and Sunday. If your order is placed on Friday, this will be shipped out Monday morning on the selected shipping you requested. 

If special weekend Delivery is required, this may be requested Via email :  info@essentialsbysamanthahelen.com 

If possible, this will be sent via Parcelforce, UPS, DPD or Fedx. 

Returns: 

To return a faulty item please contact us directly as we may send you a replacement instead. 

Return / exchange postage is covered by the customer for unwanted items.
