Our return policy is as follows :
Items may only be refunded if applicable.
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the product is faulty and unable to perform its product description. We do not accept returns on unwanted products.
All orders are final.
Due to sanitary reasons any cosmetic product may not be returned unless faulty and not able to perform for the purpose of the product.
We are not responsible for items packaging fault unless the internal product is effected.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return is accepted, the money will be returned to your account 24 working days, minus the delivery charge.
